At the time of registration we ask for payment in full. If for any reason you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible, to make room for others who may wish to attend in your place.
For cancellations before March 1st a full refund will be given.
After March 1st we cannot give full refunds. A 75% refund can be given until March 10th (after the 10th, FBC is committed to pay for the head count we give Kings Gap). If you are paid, or partly paid, but unable to attend, please consider helping to send another woman in your place, and do inform us of this.
In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled all monies will be refunded.
Double Occupancy
All the bedrooms at Kings Gap have two (twin) beds. Cost is based on double occupancy, and we plan to fill all the beds. If you feel you need a private room we may be able to arrange that for an additional $30 fee.
You may choose a roommate and sign up together -- make sure to list each other on your registration forms -- otherwise roommates will be assigned.
Meals and Snacks
The facility requires catering for events to be done through them. As a result of that policy, we will will be providing your meals but we will not be able to provide any midnight snacks. Those requiring snacks, should plan to bring their own.
Nursing Infants
There are no cribs in the rooms, however nursing infants are welcome to join their mothers on this retreat. Please, talk to us about what arrangements need to be made to accommodate a baby.
